Update: EECC Board Budget Discussions to Continue March 13, 2024

Location: Blue Line Room at the EECC, 531 Talbot St W, Aylmer
The EECC Board is set to resume 2024 budget deliberations on March 13, 2024 at 7:00pm. Both the capital budget and the operational budget will be addressed at the meeting. Additionally, the Board will adopt a user fee by-law, to establish new user fees for the EECC. This meeting is a continuation of budget discussions following the public meetings held on January 31, 2024.

The East Elgin Community Complex Board of Management will be holding a Public Meeting at their January 31, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of discussing the capital budget, the operational budget, and 2024 user fees. The budget presentation and additional background materials will be available for viewing on the East Elgin Community Complex website (eecc.ca), Aylmer.ca, or Malahide.ca prior to the meeting.
Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting and participate. If you wish to provide input without attending, written comments can be submitted to the Town of Aylmer Deputy Clerk for inclusion in the agenda, contact information below.
