Recreational skating on Sundays 1:00pm to 3:30pm and Wednesdays 10:00am to 11:00am $2 per student, $3 per adult, $6 per family. Extra ice time on p.a. days and holidays.
Time for parents to bring their preschoolers (5 and under) out to learn how to skate during drop- in skating time. NO COST! (No sticks, pucks or facility chairs will be allowed on the ice surface during this time.) Tuesday & Thursday 10:30am to 11:30am.
Time for adults (18 yrs and older) to come and enjoy recreational drop-in skating at the East Elgin Community Complex. (No sticks, pucks or facility chairs will be allowed on the ice surface during this time.) Tuesday & Thursday 9:30am to 10:30am, $3 per skater.
Pick-up hockey scheduled at East Elgin Community Complex on Tuesday & Friday 3:30pm to 5:00pm. CSA Approved Helmet required; Full Face mask, gloves, neck protector and stick Recommended. $5 per player.
A unique combination of the current Tiny Tots and Shinny Hockey programs. Preschool age children (5 and under) can play hockey in an unstructured environment. Wednesday 11:00am to 12:00pm, $2 per preschool.
Pick-Up hockey scheduled for individuals over 20 years of age. Sunday 9:00pm to 10:30pm $5 per player and goalies are free.
Ice time scheduled for figure skating practice to supplement Skate Canada Club Programs. Ice is not sanctioned by Skate Canada. Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 3:00pm to 5:00pm, $5 per skater.
Our most popular seniors program to date. A game in which disks are slid with a pronged cue along a smooth level surface toward one of two usually triangular targets painted on the surface and divided into numbered scoring areas. Monday and Wednesday 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
Circle of Friends
A drop in event for seniors to get out and enjoy cards, board games, shuffleboard, and light refreshments. Held on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 1:00pm to 3:00pm
Pick-up hockey scheduled for individuals 6 – 12 years old. (September to March). $3 per person.
A racquet sport that combines the elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two, or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a wiffle ball, over a net. $3 per person. Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday from 9:00am to 11:00am and Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 6:30pm to 9:30pm
$2/pair rental skates, $1/Rental helmet. Costs vary depending on programming.
